Toggling the rotation lock using the hardware switch could be done with a single interaction by a hand in a holding grip. The double-click home button, slide-right, then tap on-screen button method requires one hand to stop holding, and then use three types of interactions within the surface area. The changes of type, and increase in number of interactions distances the user from this key feature.
After the 4.2 update, the hardware switch is a partial mute toggle. If you want to truly mute all sounds, particularly those from video or audio media, you must hold the decrease volume button; the interaction method already in use to mute the audio before the update.

PhoenixMobile Appraiser has been approved, and is now listed in the app store! A solid, first version with great potential for future evolution. It is a priviledge to be a part of this project: there is so much to explore within mobile experiences, and even more to learn.
When you add a new blog in Thingamablog, you're presented with the Weblog Wizard, which initially asks for the base URL and base path for your blog. The instructions on this page tell you what the base URL and base path are (in that order), but when you get to the text fields below, they're listed in reverse order: base path, then base URL.
There are also two full stops at the end of the first sentence of the wizard. :)
Quirks aside, Thingamablog appears to be a great blog authoring tool.
